Fence Salesman

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fence Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales for residential, commercial and industrial fencing solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of fencing products, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online marketing
• Meet potential clients to assess their fencing needs and provide estimates
• Present and explain fencing products, materials, and installation options.
• Prepare and submit sales proposals and contracts.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales deals.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure accurate job execution.
• Maintain knowledge of fencing trends, materials, and pricing.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferable in construction, home improvement, or fencing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of different fencing types (wood, vinyl, chain-link, wrought iron, ect.) is preferred.
• Ability to read blue prints and site plans is a plus.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
