Fence Installer

Job Description: 

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Fence installer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for measuring, preparing, and installing various types of fences for residential, commercial and industrial clients. Candidate should have experience with power tools, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and commit to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or site plans to determine project requirements.
• Measure and mark locations for fence post placement.
• Dig post holes manually or using equipment such as augers.
• Install fence post panels gates and related hardware securely.
• Cut, assemble and secure fencing materials, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and wrought iron.
• Ensure fences are level, properly aligned and meet customer specifications.
• Work safely and follow company and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including saws, drills, and post-hole diggers.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites.
• Interact professionally with customers and address any on-site concerns.
• Clean up job sites and dispose of debris properly after installation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a fence installer, construction worker or similar role preferred.
• The ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, dig holes, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
